I just got back from another great motorcycle rally, this time based out of Alexandra, Victoria. This rally is always cold but the good roads make it well worth it.
It’s been a year since the last motorcycle rally i’ve been on due to Covid but it was awesome to be back on the bike and shooting. I forgot how enjoyable it is to shoot these trips.
Shot with my Sony A7s with a 50mm/1.4 and my GoPro Hero7 Black for the riding images taken whilst mounted to my bike shooting in timelapse mode every 2 seconds. The GoPro shot about 8,000 photos and I think I pulled about 15 images from that, well worth the time sorting through them.
I thought I would compile some of my favourite images that I’ve shot with the GoPro Hero 7 Black. These were all shot either attached on my motorcycle or BMX.

Pretty sure this was out near Yea in country Victoria.
I went on an early mission with my girlfriend to Mt Donna Buang and the Rainforest Gallery near Warburton. It was great to get out nice and early to shoot some photos of the trip.
More from my woodworking brand, Layor Woodworks. This time how to make some drink coasters from a tree branch. You can check out these coasters right here.
I always look forward to the Chiltern motorcycle rally every year. There was a fair bit of rain this year but we made it work.
Axedale Motorcycle Rally happened on the weekend and it was an enjoyable ride around the country roads up near Bendigo, Victoria.
